Netflix har for nyligt annonceret overfor The Hollywood Reporter, at de trækker stikket på fremtidige sæsoner af Marvel's Iron Fist.
Det sker blot en lille måneds tid efter premieren på 2. sæson af Iron Fist, der trods alt har fået bedre anmeldelser end første - men som stadig har været en svag omgang, sammenlignet med Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage og ikke mindst The Punisher.
"Marvel's Iron Fist will not return for a third season on Netflix. Everyone at Marvel Television and Netflix is proud of the series and grateful for all of the hard work from our incredible cast, crew and showrunners. We're thankful to the fans who have watched these two seasons, and for the partnership we've shared on this series. While the series on Netflix has ended, the immortal Iron Fist will live on,"
Det er ikke til at vide om Danny Rand, aka the Immortal Iron Fist no more, dukker op i cameo-optrædender i de øvrige Netflix-Marvel serier. Og det er heller ikke til at sige, om verden har brug for det.
