Richard Branscum, 26, was the first person to discover his dads body when he suddenly passed away in 2005 after suffering from multiple health issues. To cope with the trauma, Rich turned to food for comfort and became so overweight he was unable to fit in his school desk. Doctors warned the student from West Des Moines, Iowa, USA, he would die before his 21st birthday. Shocked by their prognosis, the young man dropped down to 11.8st (165lbs) before bulking up 100lbs of pure muscle.
